–from the ruins of my marriage to the cruel strokes of illness and the aftermath of a severe accident. Each of these trials seemed poised to extinguish the hope within me.
Yet, it was amidst these upheavals that I awakened to my true purpose.
It was a profound ally in the wisdom of horses that took my healing to a deeper soul level. Horses have been my passion since childhood. At the age of 8, my dad bought me my first horse, and by age 10, I was competing. However, life led me down a more conventional path—college, marriage, and motherhood.
It wasn't until a shamanic vision journey, three decades later, that the call of horses stirred again in my soul.

Fate led me to Skye at the Second Chance Cheekye Ranch at the start of the pandemic. In those first moments as we stood together in her paddock, her head resting on my heart, I felt seen, loved, and whole again.
Skye wasn't just another horse; she was a being who yearned to bring the magic we had to the external world to help other horses and humans live a more peaceful way.

from fitness to life coaching
My professional journey into coaching began as a fitness coach in 2008, driven by a passion for empowering individuals. Over time, my path evolved from fitness to life coaching and then health coaching, supporting individuals with chronic pain. Through my own experiences of navigating disruptive life transitions, I developed a blueprint for resilience and optimal living.
Now, as an equine-assisted life coach based in the majestic valley of the Tantalus mountain range in British Columbia, Canada, I blend the art of life coaching with the transformative power of horses, nature, breath work, and meditation. I guide women back to peace, purpose, and joy through the path of their heart.

THE MEANING BEHIND THE LOGO
This logo was lovingly and intuitively created in collaboration with the gifted artist, Nica Quinn (nica_draws_nature), who worked with me on a deep soul level to bring this vision to life. Through the lens of the Akashic Records, we tapped into the wisdom of my soul’s purpose to shape a symbol that carries not just beauty, but energetic intention.
Every line, element, and movement in this design is infused with meaning, spirit, and heart. Together, these elements form a powerful symbol of strength, connection, and transformation. The Soul Space logo is not just an image; it is an emblem of the sacred journey we take—grounded in the earth, guided by the sky, and held by the wisdom of the horse.
The Soul Space Coaching logo is a visual reflection of our values, our work with horses, and the sacred container we create for transformation.
THE EAGLE:
Soaring above is an eagle, one of two who live in the trees high above Skye’s paddock. The eagle represents higher perspective, vision, and spiritual guidance. Its wings carry the invitation to rise above our stories and see our lives from a soul-level view. In many cultures, eagle is a messenger of spirit—reminding us to trust in divine timing and unseen support.
THE TRIANGLE:
At the heart of the logo is a triangle, one of the strongest geometric shapes in nature. It represents stability, balance, and the integration of mind, body, and spirit—core pillars of the healing journey we guide. The triangle also speaks to the power of grounded structure in times of change and transition.
THE HORSE:
Running through the triangle is Skye, my lead mare and co-facilitator, who has been my greatest teacher and partner in this work. Her movement symbolizes freedom, resilience, and the wild beauty of the soul when it’s allowed to run free. Skye’s presence in the logo honours the horses who help us return to ourselves with honesty, gentleness, and wisdom.
